The Law Firm of the Year 2023/2024 study was closed in January 2024 in Finland and Sweden. The study received a total of roughly 1300 responses, and in Sweden the winners were announced at an event on 6.2.2024.

In Finland the study does not select winners for the Law Firm of the Year 2023/ 2024 study, instead “Excellence in Client Relations” nominations are given to top performing law firms. In addition to that Image-nominations are awarded to law firms that based on client responses are well known and the clients have the most positive perception of in 2023. All nominations are assigned the year 2024, so that the nomination can be used in marketing communication during the current year.

The Excellence in Client Relations nomination is given this year to law firms, that excelled with several good results in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) part of the study consisting of 14 different criteria. Furthermore, the law firms nominated are among the Top 10 in the Law Firm of the Year 2023/2024 Image study overall result.

The following law firms are awarded Excellence in Client Relations awards based on the Law Firm of the Year 2023/2024 study.
